Recently, I had the opportunity to test drive the 2010 Mazdaspeed3 on the “funtastic” Driver Development Track at Mosport International Raceway not far from my home in Southern Ontario. The morning that day was wet, very, very wet but the car hung in there like a champ for a few lapping sessions and road test in the surrounding countryside.
When the grey skies finally stopped tormenting and cleared much later in late afternoon, most of the other attendees had been long gone. A bit premature in my opinion, but who am I to complain as it left me with a dry and empty track plus ample time and space to get better acquainted with this turbocharged front-wheel drive critter!
